Enrollment Requirements
Summit DD is a member of the Stark County Schools Health Program which provides health, dental, vision, life and flexible spending accounts.
Eligibility – Full time employees are eligible upon date of hire.
Qualifying Life Event Requirements
You have 30 days from the date of the Life Event to make changes to your benefits. If you do not make updates within the 30-day enrollment period, you must wait until the next Open Enrollment period to make changes.
Spousal Carveout
If your spouse is eligible for insurance through his/her employer, your spouse is ineligible for coverage. Some exceptions may apply – for example, if the spouse is required to pay more than 40% of the single premium or only has access to a Health Savings Account.
